We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, finishes and images of our products. As wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain and shade may occur between items, and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you either an alternative product or a full refund.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product, and the contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where we are unable to deliver to your address, or where the product is unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund any payment received in full.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, delivery address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Please check your delivery on arrival and inform us of any visible damage or missing items as soon as possible by contacting support@myrockingchair.co.uk.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day on which you receive your products, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to support@myrockingchair.co.uk. You must then return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, the direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility.
Products must be returned complete and in the condition in which they were received. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products, or proof that you have returned them, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty or not as described:
In the case of a faulty product or one that is not as described, we will cover the cost of return. Please contact us at support@myrockingchair.co.uk with your order number and a description (and, where possible, photographs) of the issue.
These rights are in addition to any commercial guarantee we may offer and are not affected by these Terms.
