No, our rocking chairs are quick and easy to assemble, usually taking between 15 and 30 minutes. Each product comes with an assembly guide and all the necessary fittings.
Some fabric models simply require the cushion to be deflated before assembly. No special tools are required for the vast majority of our range.

We deliver across the United Kingdom with free shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return in full: just send us a photo and we'll arrange it.
There is no restocking fee.

Refund processing time: Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.
Refund conditions: A refund will be approved provided the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for faulty or incorrectly delivered products will be approved following inspection.
