Choosing your rocking chair

Yes, absolutely. Chairs designed for feeding are built to give excellent back support, armrests at the right height and a particularly comfortable, ergonomic seat.
Thanks to those features they are not just for new parents: the whole family uses them for reading, relaxing, watching television or simply taking a moment.
Our outdoor range is made from materials chosen for outdoor use: UV-treated metal, synthetic rattan, moisture-resistant braided rope and quick-drying Textilene fabric.
The cushions are water-resistant with removable covers. They are built to keep their looks and their stability season after season, on a terrace, in a garden or by the pool.
Materials, quality and care
Our collection uses solid natural wood, powder-coated steel and all-weather woven rattan. Upholstery ranges from corduroy velvet and teddy fabric to waterproof outdoor textiles, all chosen for their durability and comfort.

Care instructions are on the label attached to each chair. As a general rule, spot-cleaning with a damp cloth is enough for most upholstery types.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners unless the product label explicitly allows them.
Dimensions and assembly
Every product page has a Dimensions accordion with the measured diagram of that chair: overall height, width, depth and seat height.
Measure the space you have before you order, especially the width between the armrests if the chair is going between two pieces of furniture.
No. Our rocking chairs are quick and easy to assemble, usually taking between 15 and 30 minutes. Each one comes with an assembly guide and all the fittings you need.
Some fabric models simply need the cushion unpacking before assembly. No special tools are required for the vast majority of the range.
Ordering and delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom with free shipping on all orders. Allow 4 to 6 working days in total, including 24 to 48 hours to dispatch your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Yes. The Order Tracking page on this site lets you follow the progress of your order in detail.
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If it has already left us, follow the returns procedure once you have received the chair. Find out more
Returns and refunds
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item. To be eligible it must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, and you must have your receipt or proof of purchase. Find out more
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return in full: just send us a photo and we will arrange it. There is no restocking fee. Find out more
Processing time: your refund is processed within 14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, and you receive a confirmation email.
Conditions: a refund is approved provided the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for faulty or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection. Find out more
Payment and contact
Yes. All payment methods are fully encrypted. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Klarna lets you spread the cost in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to Klarna's approval, at the checkout stage. The amount of each instalment is shown on the product page, just below the price.
